Please submit this form as a Summer Academy Registration request, then we will send you a payment link to sign-up for the summer program of your choosing.  Summer Academy is a program of enrichment workshops for kids & teens that is open to the community.  This program operates as a fundraising initiative for the school.  There are some partial scholarships available, if you would be interested in applying, please note that request in one of your responses below.  Also, if you would like to review the program's Registration, Cancellation, and Refund policy, visit the Summer Academy page at www.CharterArts.org.
