Backyard SPORTS is an after school program for students in Kindergarten through Grade 6 on Monday afternoons (when there is school) from 3:15-5 pm at no cost to the student. The program is provided by the Episcopal Church of the Transfiguration in Bat Cave and held at Morse Park or at the church, rain or shine.   Your child can ride the school bus to this activity.

Students will learn basic skills, teamwork, sportsmanship, build self-confidence and mostly have FUN. Sports and games will vary, and might include soccer, dodge ball, basketball, street hockey, t-ball with a wiffle ball and some games like capture the flag. Just a fun afternoon each Monday after school playing games in the ‘backyard’. We will provide a drink and snack for each student during each program which will end at 5 pm.

To sign up your child, please fill out the brief registration below. YOU WILL ALSO HAVE TO GO BACK TO THE WEBSITE AND PRINT AND COMPLETE (1)THE BUS FORM AND (2)THE CONSENT AND RELEASE FORM AND RETURN THEM TO THE SCHOOL OFFICE IN ORDER FOR YOUR CHILD TO PARTICIPATE.
