Vandora Springs Carpool Tag Request Form 2022-2023
Families, please fill out this form to request a carpool tag for the 2022-2023 school year. We are issuing NEW carpool tags to each family this year. 

Please display your carpool tag from the moment you arrive on campus until you depart from campus. All staff members on carpool duty refer to this number to ensure your child gets into the correct car safely and timely to keep traffic moving.

These carpool tags will be sent home with your oldest student at our Back to School Bash on August 25 (5-7pm). If you do not attend this event, the tags will come home with your oldest student on the first day of school.
