City Schools Navigator Center Volunteer Application
We are thrilled you are considering to support our City Schools Navigator Center! Some of our youth will need help completing the college transition steps, applying for their first job, or need help connecting with workforce development programs or opportunities to expand their CTE credentials. Others will need coaching and counseling to get started with their next step.

Mission: The Navigator Center connects recent and former Baltimore City School graduates with meaningful college and career pathways that link the young adults of Baltimore with empowering routes to family-supporting wages.

Vision: College and career pathways are not always linear. Goals can change. Our vision is to improve the rate at which our high school graduates transition successfully into the workforce by providing professional one-on-one college and career coaching for all students up to ten years after leaving high school.

Thank you for giving in so many ways to our students and investing in the future of Baltimore!
