PGYSA IMPACT SC Club Indoor 2022/23 Coach Registration Form
Note:
- A Criminal Record Check (CRC) must be completed before you are able to coach. Contact the emails above for link to CRC and for the Access Code.

- Respect in Sport for Activity Leader (RIS) must also be completed before stepping on the field to coach. Reimbursement will be provided after completion of RIS. Proof of Completion must be sent to analyst@pgysa.bc.ca or impact@pgysa.bc.ca before a reimbursement can be processed.
