Welcome to the Stay Connected Program, creating both Social and Practical Connections! Stay Connected is a remote connectivity program for local seniors designed to be an ongoing person-to-person engagement over the phone, or over video conferencing, could be as simple as a friendly social call, or could be more informative sharing up-to-date information and services. As a volunteer with Stay Connected, you can choose which connections interest you, purely Social or more in depth Practical info sharing. In the latter case, we offer periodic trainings for you, and you then reach out via phone or video to others to share that info - a win-win!
