Help to apply to the EU Settlement Scheme
In preparation for Brexit, the UK government has introduced a scheme which will ensure that EU nationals residing in the UK on or before the 31st December 2020 can continue to do so after the UK leaves the EU next year.
If you are an EU citizen, you and your family members (including non-EU citizens) need to apply to the EU Settlement Scheme to continue to live, work and study in the UK.
Even if you have lived in the UK for many years or you have a permanent residence document, you still need to apply. If you have indefinite leave to remain in the UK there may still be advantages in making an application.
We can help you and/or your family to make an EUSS application
Most people needed to apply before 30th June 2021, but don’t worry if you haven’t because we may still be able to help you.
We can also help you to:
> prove your pre-settled or settled status
> prove that you have made an application
> upload further information to your application
> deal with problems about your ID
> deal with delays or contact the Home Office
> deal with EUSS related correspondence from the Home Office
If you need help to apply or with any of the above issues, please complete the form below to provide basic contact details. You can add the details of other family members living in your household who also need help to apply.
Once we have received your details we will be in touch to arrange an appointment so that we can help you and those in your household with an application to the EU Settlement Scheme.
