Gradebook Course Creator Feedback

We introduced a new course creator last semester, and based on your feedback, we've made lots of improvements to it.

The time has come for the old course creator to be retired, but we want to make sure the new one won't make it harder for you to use Gradebook.

Based on your feedback, we will add an option to create a course, but leave assignments and cutoffs to be added later. That was the biggest reported pain point.
