Please fill out this form to let us know if your student will or will not be returning to REACH in the 2020-21 school year.

If you are re-enrolling and your student has a sibling that you would also like to enroll, please follow the instructions at the end of this form to request an enrollment packet. At this time, siblings of returning REACH students do not need to go through the lottery process and are afforded priority enrollment status. (Siblings entering TK must meet the age requirements in order to be given priority enrollment status.)

The deadline for re-enrollment and sibling priority enrollment is March 6, 2020.

(Please be advised that re-registration may be available soon through the Aeries parent portal and we may ask parents/guardians to update their information through Aeries at that time. We'll keep you posted!)

2/10 Update: The re-registration feature through Aeries will not be available until next year. For now we will be sending home a health card and some contact info. Please fill out a new health card, make changes to your contact info as needed, and return everything to the front office by March 6th.
