This form will be used to select your elective preferences for the 2025-26 school year. To complete the registration process each student will need to select their “elective” via their parent portal in addition to this form.

Each student will be able to choose their first choice plus an alternative elective on the portal. Do NOT select more than one primary choice. Your 1st and 2nd choices on the portal should be the same as your 1st and 2nd choices on this form. Portal choices will override this form if they are not the same so please choose carefully. Please note that the parent portal will be open to complete the registration process from March 6, 2025 through March 16, 2025 for next year's 7/8th graders (current 6th/7th) and from February 27, 2025 through March 9, 2025 for incoming 6th graders (current 5th).

NOTE: Yearbook, BNN, ASB/PAL and School Service (Office/Library Aids) will not be shown on the Parent Portal as these require a separate application which will be addressed later in this form. These electives are ONLY available if selected via the application process.
