Welcome to the application form to Rancour. Please fill it in as accurately as you can and we'll get back to you as quickly as possible.
Guild Rules
1. Be mindful of what you say to others. Banter is very different from being an ass to someone. If someone lets you know they dislike something you said or react uncomfortably to it, speak to them about the issue and see if you can resolve it. If not you can reach out to one of the leading team. Speak up if you do not like something. Ask for help if you need help fixing something. Be respectful of peoples' opinions.
2. Complaining or arguing about mechanics during the raid fight brings nothing to the table, save it for after the fight.
Everyone makes mistakes and they can be frustrating, but informing the raid mid fight does not help anyone unless of course you are a core part of the mechanics on a fight.
3. Update all addons as told by officers, we will let you know what you will need for our raids and even some fight specific addons or weakauras.
4. Signing up in events channel is mandatory. Comps are posted before raid. If you are unable to join sign as absence and notify officers as soon as possible! tentative is counted as absence and you will not be included the comp!
5. Invites go out 10-15 minutes before the raid. Be ready to enter at the start of the raid.
6. You represent the guild. People will see the guild and your name together as one, in game and on stream!
7. Discord is required for all of our raids without exception.
8. RC loot council will be used in raids. Raiders will pass on all the loot that drops so the loot master can pick it up and redistribute it. Make sure you have ran droptimisers before the boss!
9. Potions are required on every pull without exceptions, potion usage can be adjusted fight to fight but we expect everyone to potion every fight, including healers and tanks.
10. When officers are asking for feedback we expect answers, especially from people with assigned jobs in raid. We need to get to the root of the problem quickly and sitting in silence is not helping.
