The online form is designed to allow one person to register themself and a group of people (or party) to attend the trip. This person to be the principal contact with the club for the party. Typically a party would consist of those travelling in a single vehicle, such as a family or friends.

Information is required for planning, for insurance purposes and to print a list of names to show a mining inspector who is covered by the club fossicking licence
