Please complete this form to confirm your attendance as bookings are now open for our UHC Annual Dinner & Dance which will be taking place at Stifford Hall Hotel, Stifford.

All Adult Members, Life Vice Presidents, Parents of our junior members and friends of UHC are welcome to attend. Under 18s are able to attend as long as they are 16 or 17 years of age at the time of the event and must be accompanied by their parent.

The date is Saturday 23rd April with the evening kicking off at 7.00pm, sit down at 7.30pm and the festivities concluding at midnight.

Tickets will be £40 per head and will need to be paid no later than 31st March 2022.
