Sycamore Extended Closure Feeding Service

During extended closure, Sycamore Child Nutrition Services (CNS) will provide daily meals for students beginning March 23. TWO cold breakfasts and TWO cold lunches will be delivered via our Sycamore Community School vans to several locations throughout the community on Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays. The information provided on this form will be kept confidential and will assist us in preparing the correct amount of meals.
