TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read the following carefully and check the box below if you agree to our terms.

General

  1. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the reservation details and ensure that the particulars contained therein are correct.
  2. The organisers shall not be liable for any failures beyond their control. This covers natural disasters, war, ‘acts of God’, closure of airports, civil strife, accidents or failure to perform by third parties, including suppliers and subcontractors.
  3. Guests must be 16 years of age or older.
  4. The organisers cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage of personal possessions or valuables of the customer.
  5. The customer must comply fully with all and any health and safety regulations introduced by the retreat organisers. The customer must ensure that he/she is medically and physically fit and able to use our facilities and participate in activities. Customers who have injuries or illnesses are advised to seek doctor’s advice if practicing yoga. The organisers are not liable for any injuries to the customer in his/her use of our facilities or participation in activities. A customer must always stop and rest if he/she is feeling any pain or sickness and inform the teacher of any previous injuries.
  6. The organisers may use photographs or videos taken at the retreat and use this as promotional material in places such as websites and social media pages. By accepting these terms and conditions, guests consent to the use of their image appearing in such photographs and/or videos, or should make their non-consent known to organisers.
  7. In the event of a customer having any complaint then he/she shall notify the organisers as soon as possible so that the organisers can endeavour to resolve any issues straight away.
  8. Rooms will be allocated on a first come, first served basis (according to type of room booked). Where possible, the organisers will try to ensure friends and family can stay together.
  9. All medical information and food allergy details must be received at the time of making booking. No responsibility can be taken for information not given prior to the commencement of the course.
  10. The organisers accept no liability for loss, damage, injury or illnesses which may occur during the customers stay or travelling to and from the retreat. We recommend that all customers have adequate travel, cancellation and medical insurance in place. 
  11. I understand that Laura's daughter will be present during mealtimes at the retreat. She will be staying in separate accommodation to the main house and will not be present during any yoga sessions.
Payments and refunds
  1. A non-refundable deposit of £300 is necessary to secure the customers place on the retreat.
  2. 50% of the customers remaining balance is due 6 months in advance of retreat (29th November 2024). The full balance is due 2 months in advance of retreat (29th March 2025). Failure to meet payments deadlines will result in the customer losing their place on the retreat.
  3. Cancellation: No refund can be issued on cancellations made after 29th March 2025, however places are transferable. Cancellations more before 29th March 2025 will be refunded less the non-refundable deposit. All cancellations, for whatever reason, should be notified to the organisers in writing or by email. In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled, full refunds will be given for any money paid . No responsibility can be taken for travel booked or other costs incurred.
  4. All travel arrangements and transfers to/from the retreat are the customers responsibility and own cost. The organisers shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from delays or cancellations.
