Undergraduate Research Experience Survey
In an effort to guide students to research opportunities, Rice Pre Medical Society is gathering information on research taking place in the Houston area to create a Research Database. We would greatly appreciate hearing about your experience with undergraduate research to share that information with Rice students. The survey should take less than 3 minutes.

Please be honest about your responses - all responses will be kept anonymous.

Completing all areas of this form (including name and NetID, but NOT the "thumbs up" part) automatically enters you for a chance to win a $50 prize. The raffle will be activated ONCE WE RECIEVE a minimum of 100 submissions (we're at about 70 entries - so close!). Please provide us your name and NetID if you would like to be considered for the raffle.

IF YOU HAD A VERY POOR EXPERIENCE IN THIS LAB and you want to make sure other students don't have an equally terrible experience, please consider filling out this form: https://forms.gle/no4dNpCKXBpY9ywt5. The form is FULLY ANONYMOUS, and only two officers in RPMS will have access to the responses. No negative messages or information will be posted about the lab or PI online, and THIS INFORMATION WILL NOT BE SHARED WITH ANYONE ELSE, but if we determine that your lab experience or the PI's behavior was bad enough to merit removal, we will consider removing their lab from the database.

Finally, if you have any additional feedback or ideas about improving the database, if you notice an error, or if you want to update a prior response, please fill out this form:  https://forms.gle/jmQaFDwnsvpcuqfD7
