contributed in creating a school and community we are all very PROUD. By virtue of your commitment to scholarship, leadership, academic
excellence, and teamwork, you have taken a huge step in your development, and
set high expectations for future Sudie Lions to come!
In order to adequately plan for future offerings and
activities, we are asking you to please share your enrollment intentions
for the 2024-2025 school year. Your honesty and transparency are appreciated during this process. Responses will be kept confidential. Complete this form by

* If you have siblings you will need to complete the form twice. If your student is an 8th grader no need to complete the form. Please ensure Counselor Brown jesbrown@dallasisd.org is aware of where your 8th grader is accepted for 9th grade for us to prepare for High School Signing Day.
