If you don't only want to follow, but actually also want to understand what you're doing and how you can contribute to the dance, this is for you.
Leaders that want to understand the follower's movements better are welcome as well!
This time, I'll split the workshop into two parts and you can either register for one or both:

14:00 - 15:30 footwork, turns and styling
15:45 - 17:15 head movements, advanced footwork and turns
(Recommendation: Don't skip the first part, as this is the basis that will enable you to do head movements and advanced patterns)
Part 1: footwork, turns and styling (open level)
We'll explore different Zouk moves and understand our basic footwork and variations. Then we'll find out how to use our arms so they look pretty without putting other dancers in danger.
This part is open level.
If you only know some basic steps, perfect!
If you already know head movement, perfect! You'll still find some challenges.
Part 2: head movements, advanced footwork and turns
We'll explore how we can add head movement on top of different Zouk moves while still keeping our balance. We'll work on how to enter and exit head movements and how to execute them smoothly and with flow.
We'll also have a more detailed look at our footwork and practice on being more conscious about what our legs and feet are doing.
This part requires a basic understanding of Zouk movements. You should be able to do basic step, lateral and bonus/boomerang by yourself (without a leader).
