  • Each school must provide at least one volunteer for marshalling/admin duties in addition to the team manager.  Schools with larger teams may be asked for additional volunteers.

By submitting this form you confirm the students named are enrolled at this school in a class in Year 9 or above on the day of competition, are under the age of 19 years as at 1 January 2024, and satisfy the eligibility criteria for secondary school sporting competitions as set by NZSSSC.

The Principal or Sports Director of the entered school has permitted the above students to attend this event and the students will be accompanied by an adult Team Manager at the event.

You have read and accepted all event info and Health & Safety plans for the event.

School Contact (Parent and/or Teacher) should be the one point of contact for teams and should have a list of Emergency Contact(s) for each student and have any medical information.

The School Contact shall also be the person to attend the registration on event day, collect the race numbers and issue to each runner.
