We’re thrilled to announce the return of the Mactaquac Craft Festival —a vibrant festival celebrating all things craft!

At the heart of this celebration is our highly anticipated Fine Craft Sale. This year’s event promises to showcase exceptional handmade artistry and craftsmanship over three exciting days:

Staggered Setup: Friday, August 29th, 2025 | 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Craft Sale Hours:
- Friday, August 29th, 2025 | 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday, August 30th, 2025 | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Sunday, August 31st, 2025 | 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

While we will try our best to accommodate specific requests, please note that all placements and preferences are subject to availability.

This application serves as an expression of interest. Selected participants will be contacted by Craft NB with further details, including final fees and event logistics.

Please note, all items must be handmade to the highest quality. We will not accept importers or other third-party sellers.

ATTENTION FOOD VENDORS: Food vendors must select a Standard Booth Area (full weekend) plus power for a total of $350

9. All booths are 10x10. Vendors are asked to bring their own canopy tents, tables and chairs.

*Some tents are available for rental, however, there is a limited supply

Vendors can leave their booths set up overnight, however we ask that all items be tucked away/covered and canopy's lowered for added security.

Please note, cars are only permitted in the Craft Sale area on Friday, during your initial set up time, and on Sunday after the show closes. If you are only participating on Friday & Saturday or Sunday you will need to bring in/out all items on foot or by wagon.

Vendors that are not able to stay the full weekend will only be placed in areas that do not have access to electrical outlets.

11. How much time do you typically require to set up?

12. Mactaquac Provincial Park is located roughly 25 minutes outside of the City of Fredericton. A block of serviced camp sites have been reserved from Thursday, August 28th - Monday, September 1st. Pricing and booking information will be sent to selected participants and handled directly through Mactaquac Park.

This show will take place outdoors rain or shine, with the exception extreme weather, please prepare accordingly.

We will do our best to accommodate any physical requirements or limitations, please describe your requirements below.
