Spring Into Easter Craft & Vendor Show 
Saturday March 30th, 2024
10 am to 3 pm
Renninger's Farmers Market


Event Policies:
This is an Easter event. There will be lots of kids there for the egg hunt. We would love to incorporate Easter activities into the show as well. Vendors are encouraged to give out an Easter goodie to the kids coming around with their baskets. It can be a piece of candy or small goodie, whatever you would like to give. We will incorporate a scavenger hunt along with it as well. 

*This is an outdoor event.
*Vendors may start setting up 8:30 am NO EARLIER! All vendors need to be checked into the event no later than 9:30.
*Two choices of spaces
  *Under pavilion with 2 8 ft tables included. You can bring more tables if you would like. Up to 4 8 ft tables total would fit in the space. Tables run vertical in the space. Chairs are not supplied.
~Pavilion spaces are pole to pole. Do not follow the lines on the ground. Spaces are assigned.  
  *10x10 spaces that you bring your own tables, chair and a canopy if desired. Spaces are filled in as you come. They are not assigned. 
*Only one company per space.
*Vendor space assignments and details will be sent out on the Thursday or Friday before the event.
*Vendors must stay for the duration of the event. Early break downs are not permitted.
*Vendors should only sell what you are approved to set up with. This avoids any duplication of products or companies.
*We ask all vendors to please have tablecloths that go to the ground on all sides and all items not on display please be under the tables
*Please keep your areas neat and attractive.
*Vendors are asked to please clean up their trash prior to leaving. You can leave the trash in the cans that are provided throughout the event. Please do not leave any boxes or large items behind.
*Vendors/businesses  will also be expected to promote the event. We do advertise the event many places but it does help when vendors also help advertise the event as well.
*If the event is cancelled for due to a government shutdown, a pandemic, natural disaster, bad weather etc. reasons that are out of our control the vendor would receive a credit in the amount they paid for the event. The credit can be used on the reschedule date if there is one or on any other event hosted by Events By Jennifer Lynn & Company LLC
*There is no electric available.
*Rain or shine event.
*Event waivers will be sent out in an email prior to the event that need to be filled out prior to event set up.

Registering:

*Fill out the information below in complete.
*We allow one representative per company at the event. There are no two representatives from the same company competing.
*If more than one representative registers for the event the one who pays the invoice first will be the confirmed vendor.
*After registration is compete you will receive an invoice from Square in your email account. You do not need an account with Square to pay the invoice. You can with any card.
*After payment is completed there are NO REFUNDS for any reason!
*When payment is submitted you are paying for this event on this date. If you cannot make the date you do not receive a credit to use on another event or a refund.
*Once payment is completed your name will be listed below as a confirmed vendor.


Swag Bags:
Swag bags are bags we hand out at events. We allow businesses/crafters to advertise in these bags. You can advertise in the 150 bags we are giving out for this event for $25 if you are a vendor the day of the event. If you are not a vendor the day of the event you can advertise in these bags for $30. You can put in business cards, coupons, samples etc. You can click that option below if you would like to join. All items for the swag bags are due by March 16th 2024 . You can either mail them or drop them off at an event prior to the due date. Items can be mailed to: Events By Jennifer Lynn & Company LLC P.O. Box 143 Topton PA 19562. They can also be dropped off at our storefront in the Lehigh Valley Mall called the Small Business Gallery. It is located on the first floor next to Macys. Must be dropped off during business hours. 

VENDORS WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL THE WEEK OF THE EVENT TO GO OVER ALL OF THE DETAILS AGAIN!  MOST DETAILS YOU CAN FIND HERE! PRINT A COPY FOR YOUR RECORDS!

Please keep in mind that Events by Jennifer Lynn nor Jennifer Smith is not responsible if you do not make any sales, low foot traffic or for any other reason the event does not meet your personal expectations. We advertise by newspaper ads, community bulletin boards, local websites, social media, posters and yard signs. It is also the responsibility of the participating vendors to share the event through Facebook and help spread the word. We work very hard for our shows and to make them be the best they can be for the vendors and the guests.

Hello, 
I wanted to go over the details for this Saturday at Renninger's Farmers Market.


~Set up starts at 8:30 AM NO EARLIER 
~We ask all vendors to be checked in by 9:30 or your space may be given away. 
~Address is 740 Noble St, Kutztown, PA 19530 
~When arriving we will be at the pavilion in the back. Jennifer and helpers will be there to show you where to go. 
~If you are under the pavilion, you will see your space assignment below. Numbers are on top of the pavilions. The odd side will be the side towards you when you pull in. The even side is the opposite side of the pavilion. 
~If you are a 10x10 space you will fill in spaces as you arrive. (You will not see your name on the link above. 10x10 spaces are not assigned)
~If you are under the pavilion, you will have two tables there for you. You can bring more for your area if you would like. You MUST bring your own chairs. 
~10x10 spaces MUST bring your own tables and chairs and a canopy if desired. Canopies MUST have weights on them. 
~Cars can stay right with your spots if you are at the pavilion. 
~Vendors who are 10x10 spaces can pull their cars up quickly to unload then you need to go park in the parking lot.
~The event is over at 3 pm. We ask all vendors to stay until the end.

~When the event is over, please be sure to take all of the trash to the cans or with you. Do not leave behind any big boxes. 

~We will have a food vendor outside. 

~The dj will be there with music, bounce houses and games. 

~If you can no longer make the event, please let us know

~Vendors were asked to have a goodie to give out to the kids coming through. It does not have to be anything big. It can just be a piece of candy. We are also doing a scavenger hunt and a coloring contest. So, kids will be coming around looking for things for the hunt.

~The egg hunt is at 1:30.
