Feline Fine Animal Rescue - Adoption Application
Thank you for your interest in rescuing a cat in need! In order to be approved, you must meet certain requirements and agree to the terms below. You will receive a response within one week of filling out this form, likely before.

This application also serves as an adoption contract. By digitally signing your name, you agree to all terms outlined under each question. These are non-negotiable.

After your adoption application has been approved, you acknowledge you are responsible for ALL expenses associated with owning a pet, including but not limited to vet appointments, medical needs, and food. 

Please note: There is an adoption fee of $100 which is required to be paid prior to picking up your new family member. Adoption fees and deposits are non-refundable.

What is included in adoption?
Adopted cats from Feline Fine Animal Rescue will be spayed or neutered, receive rabies & FVRCP vaccinations, and be FELV/FIV tested. All records will be given to the adopter at time of adoption. Microchip registration will be provided to adopter upon adoption and must be updated with adopter's personal contact information.

My pet will be indoor-only and will not be allowed outdoors. 

My pet will not be de-clawed. 

Should any issues occur my pet, I will return them to Feline Fine Animal Rescue

Should you need to return a pet that was adopted from Feline Fine Animal Rescue for any reason, you may return them with no consequences. We want to ensure a safe and stable home for all of our cats throughout their lives, which is why we maintain a no-questions asked return policy. If you need to return a cat to Feline Fine Animal Rescue, you may reach out to us by email (felinefineanimalrescue@gmail.com).
