Help A Girl Out (HAGO) is an anti-poverty organization that aims to reduce the effects of period poverty and menstrual shame in Canada and developing countries.

Upon filling out this form, eligible candidates will receive between 1-3 months supply of menstrual products. You are also able to reapply for assistance after that period has ended. Be sure to select your preferred menstrual product below.
