HEOT Collective Bargaining Survey  
As an Occasional Teacher, your voice is important as we set priorities for our next round of Collective Bargaining with our employer. Our current contract expires on August 31, 2022. As in the past, there are two levels of bargaining occurring this round – Central Bargaining, controlled by the Provincial Office, and Local Bargaining which is carried out by each Local. Items dealing with financial implications will be dealt with at the Provincial Central Table and will not be available to be bargained locally. At the Local Table we will be restricted to bargaining non-cost or very low-cost items only. This survey is to prepare your local team while we start to prepare our Preliminary Submission.
