This is a self evaluation sheet to be completed before your sit down review. The lead reviewing you will complete one as well before the review so you both may sit down and discuss where you align and where adjustments may need to be made. You will be evaluating yourself on: exhibition of FFD's core values, technical skills & soft skills. You will also share your professional and personal goals over the next year. At the end of your sit down review you, you and your lead will agree upon expectations for the following year to help you reach your goals.
