My name's Ben Nixon and I am a final year student at the University of Plymouth studying Navigation and Maritime Science. As part of my final year dissertation project, I would like to ask you to complete the below survey as part of my primary research.

This survey is looking at seafarer STCW first aid/medical care training and explores any additional training or Continuous Professional Development (CPD) which you may undertake either at home or while serving on-board vessels.

The survey will only take about 5 minutes to complete.
