CHRIST PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH MEMORIAL GUEST GUIDELINES DURING COVID-19
Your health and safety are important to us. If you or someone in your family are participating in a CPC- sponsored gathering, you must wear a mask and social distance six feet apart from others. If you are sick or unwell, please stay home . Symptoms of COVID-19 can be found here:
https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/downloads/COVID19-symptoms.pdf. If someone in your household exhibits COVID-19 related symptoms, stay home. We have been and will continue to follow the safety guidelines set out by the CDC and the Minnesota Department of Health.
Christ Presbyterian Church (CPC) is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for all our staff. To ensure that, we have developed a Preparedness Plan in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. All CPC staff are responsible for implementing this plan. Our staff are required to wear masks whenever working with others, to maintain social distance of six feet, and to take their temperature each day they are engaging in work with others.
We ask that all memorial service guests follow the guidelines below:
1)
Enter and exit the building through the main entrance doors under the portico
2)
Use of restrooms limited to restrooms available in the CPC Great Room.
3)
Masks must be worn at all times
4)
Six feet of social distance must be maintained by all guests, households up to groups of 6 may stay together, households of more than 6 should split up into smaller groups.
5)
Follow the direction of CPC staff for entering and exiting the sanctuary.
6) Please refrain from congregating in the Great Room before and after the service.
