Lyft Ride Request Form
We don’t want transportation to be a barrier for college students wanting to connect with a local church—so, we're excited to offer complimentary Lyft rides to and from Cornerstone!

If you're in need of a Lyft to church, please fill out this form by 12:00pm on the Thursday before Sunday services. We will set up a ride for you, and Lyft will text you a link to generate your ride when you're ready to be picked up.

A couple of important things to understand about this benefit include:
  1. Rides are only for church-related events. This includes Sunday services and other events hosted by the church such as conferences, trainings, Discipleship Communities, and other events.
  2. Rides will only be generated to/from your pickup address and the church address.
  3. Invite your friends! Each ride allows up to 4 people, so get creative with carpools! 
If you have any issues with requesting a ride please contact joon@cornerstonewla.org. Otherwise, issues with Lyft app, drivers, etc. should be directed to Lyft customer service.
