Teacher Leader Extra Duty Form (updated 2022)
Please fill this form out each time you have participated in an EXTRA DUTY that aligns to your Teacher Leadership responsibilities. This will be our documentation, of your extra contract days, if requested by admin. These hours may include: 
  • You can put ANY time in that you are working outside of school hours on TLC things. (BLT meetings, conferences, mentor/mentee meetings, etc.)

  • Or, if you are using school time to work on TLC things, and then have to use before or after school time to work on school stuff, turn in that time.

 If you submit a form for a BLT meeting or conference in which multiple members attend, only one person needs to submit with everyone's name on the form.

Reminder:  These hours should be beyond your normal contracted working day, so school hour PLC meetings do not apply.
