WCLC Player Petition Form

How to use the Form:

Club presidents/administrators will use this form to submit a petition for any player that would like to play in a division that does not correspond to their age bracket or gender.

*Parents and coaches should submit a request to their club administrator and then Club President should fill it out on their behalf.

Action:

ALL CLUB PRESIDENTS HAVE ACCESS TO FILL OUT FORM.

All Club Presidents have access to the form results. Review all petitions from all WCLC Clubs.

ALL CLUBS MUST READ SUBMISSIONS AND THEN: Approve or Deny.

Safety Concern (small size for age, low weight, etc)

Developmental (player has a 504 plan, IEP or other school documented accommodation in order to participate with their peers)

No team at their age available

Player would like to play boys lacrosse (female athletes only)

Player physical development is delayed and could be a safety concern

Social emotional concern- player needs to be with peers or siblings

Please provide a brief description for why this player 's petition should be approved.
