Thank you for expressing interest in providing training at ElixirConf US 2022.

This year ElixirConf will be held at the fabulous Gaylord Rockies Resort, on August 30 - September 2, in Aurora, CO.

Training classes will be held Tuesday August 30, 2022. Class instruction is scheduled for six hours. A virtual day of training may also be provided on Friday, August 26.

You may submit a training class proposal for any of the following:

* Full day of training Tue Aug. 30
* Full day of training Fri Aug. 26

Submission deadline is May 27, 2022.

Requirements and Training Details

As ElixirConf grows, so does the interest in training. In order to reduce the risk of a class cancellation, we request that each class be taught by a minimum of two (2) trainers.

All trainers are expected to conform to the ElixirConf decorum policy and to refrain from the use of profanity in written or verbal form. Please refer to https://ElixirConf.com/policies for the full details.

Trainers receive a full conference pass. An honorarium of $200 per attendee is paid for a class. The honorarium will be divided among the trainers as requested. For classes with more than 20 attendees, ElixirConf will provide three nights of hotel accommodations for those providing in-person training. If ElixirConf provides airfare for a trainer, the cost will be deducted from the honorarium.
