Under the direction of the Educator Advancement Council and SB182, Columbia Regional Educator Network will assemble a coordinating body to identify regional professional learning priorities for teachers, allocate funding and other resources to members, and coordinate the partnerships between community organizations and districts in Hood River, Wasco, Sherman, Wheeler, and Gilliam counties. Our mission is to empower, support and diversify the educator workforce through local, educator-let networks and statewide resources to provide quality teaching and learning for the students and families in our region.

The coordinating body will be comprised of educators, administrators, community based organizations, district leadership, university/community college partners, early learning, education-focused philanthropic organizations, and federally recognized tribes of Oregon.

Please consider yourself or others from your organization who would be able to provide perspective for the district, schools, students, families, staff, and community priorities.
