Students rank their top 3 shows in order of preference. Students must discuss their preferences with their instructor prior to the submission of this form.

Student preference is only one of many considerations in the placement process, and students are not guaranteed placement in their top preferences. 

Make sure to double check performance dates on the Info Sheet before listing a show in your top 5.

Only list instruments the student is enrolled in lessons for at School of Rock. While we are sometimes able to cast beyond that, we prioritize casting and show assignments based on the instrument lessons that students are actively taking with School of Rock.
