Westside Elementary School Car Rider Placards
Please complete this form if you already have a car placard or if you need a car rider placard for your child this school year. If this is your first time getting a placard, you will receive 2 per family (additional placards can be ordered for $5 each). Please keep your car placards safe. Only share them with family and friends who will pick up your child. Due to safety reasons, students will only be called by their placard number and not their name. Anyone picking up a student without a placard will be asked to check in at the school office to receive a temporary one.
