All grade books will be audited weekly for both teacher and student support. This audit will review students who are failing, students who will need interventions, and students who are excelling.

What happens if my gradebook is not in compliance when my ADMIN conducts my gradebook audit on Monday?
•1st offense:
Teacher will attend a virtual Documented Counseling meeting with his/her ADMIN immediately following Faculty Meeting. The teacher will remain in this meeting until the gradebook meets all expectations.
•2nd offense:
Teacher will receive a Documented Oral Reprimand and will attend a virtual meeting with his/her ADMIN immediately following Faculty Meeting. The teacher will remain in this meeting until the gradebook meets all expectations.
•3rd offense:
Teacher will receive a Documented Written Reprimand and will attend a virtual meeting with his/her ADMIN immediately following Faculty Meeting. The teacher will remain in this meeting until the gradebook meets all expectations.
