Vendor Application
Thank you for your interest in Emmanuel Church's first Enchanted Eats food truck events! We are excited to bring your amazing businesses to the Enchanted Lake area of Kailua on June 10, July 8, and August 12, 2023 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Vendors should plan to arrive by 3:00 pm and depart by 9:00 pm.

Please (1) complete and submit this application form, (2) submit your deposit (info below), and (3) complete and mail your agreement (info below) to request participation today! Please note, to participate a Certificate of Insurance will be required by June 1, 2023 regardless of which events you are committing to.

Deposit
A $50.00 deposit is required to reserve your spot at each event. If you wish to participate in all three events (6/10, 7/8, 8/12) we ask for a $150 deposit. This $50 deposit will be refunded to you after you have participated in the event. If you decide not to attend, we will keep your deposit.

Agreement for Confirmed Participants

If you are notified that you are participating in our inaugural event, you will be asked to print, initial, sign, and date this agreement. Feel free to do this now. Please mail a signed hard copy to the church.

Thank you for your interest! We will contact you soon to confirm the status of your participation! We are excited to host this for the community! Although there is no fee to participate in this inaugural event, donations of any amount are welcome!
