We are so grateful you are interested in being an active member of our school community. Every bit of help - every hour, every task - adds up to good things for our children and is always appreciated.
We invite you to offer as little as one hour of volunteer help this upcoming school year and we promise to put it to good use. If you can and want to help more, great! That will be up to you - no pressure.
Helping is easier than you might think. We know you are busy. We have a wide variety of opportunities to fit different schedules and interests.
About Us
The P&F has two main roles:
1) To raise funds for the school, students and/or charities/causes aligned to the Catholic ethos.
2) To foster and facilitate a strong community identity for our school.
Structure
The Holy Trinity P&F Executive consists of four Office Bearer roles (President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer), two Ex-Officio Members (Principal and Parish Priest) and a number of Coordinators (as determined by the P&F) who take responsibility for the coordination of the relevant committee or activity (e.g. Uniform Shop). All parents are invited to be general members of the P&F. For more information on the roles and responsibilities or any other general questions you may have, please email htpspfpresident@gmail.com.
Survey Purpose
This survey is designed to help the P&F learn a little more about you and what you would like to be involved in (or even what great ideas you have). Your information will be passed on to the relevant Coordinator who will get in touch to introduce themselves and help with any questions you may have. By filling in this form you are not committing to anything!

This form will not be used for volunteer opportunities inside the school such as classroom volunteering.
We encourage all parents to apply for, and maintain, Working With Vulnerable People registration to enable participation in opportunities across the school.
