Thank you for your interest in becoming a Preceptor for the UT EdEN (Education, Evaluation, Nutrition) Intern Program!  Preceptors will host two EdEN Interns who will work with you to lead 5 nutrition-focused lessons in your school garden during the Spring 2023 semester.  
Please complete this Preceptor application to host EdEN Interns for the Spring 2023 semester. Applications are due NO LATER than December 12, 2022. You will be notified of your acceptance into the program by December 15, 2022.

Will you be available to attend a mandatory 2-hour virtual Preceptor training the week of January 9-15, 2023? Multiple dates/times will be offered (TBD). Note that participants will be given 2 hours of CPE credit for attendance. *
