October 2023 - Student Teams should actively utilize social media, Tripoli and NAR forums and any other options (Discord channels) to seek Tripoli L3 certified Flyers of Record and mentors.  

If your team has exhausted all options and are still unable to find a mentor, complete and submit this application.  The Tripoli Outreach Committee will do their best to match up an appropriate mentor to your team.

Most competitions require a Mentor and/or a Flyer of Record to compete. Events such as the Spaceport America Cup and NASA Student Launch require these individuals to attend the event.  

We will try to match teams with mentors that have more than one team to reduce these travel costs. 

When possible we match mentors with closer proximity to competition or the team so they can visit in person.
