If you plan to contact Lytle community organizations and businesses and ask for donations on behalf of Lytle ISD campuses, organizations, or student clubs, you must first receive approval and a letter on Lytle ISD district letterhead from the Superintendent. Complete this form to submit your request.

This form will generate an email to the Lytle ISD Superintendent for consideration. If approved, you will receive a Donation Request Letter on district stationary, signed by Mrs. Smith that you must provide potential donor(s) for tax purposes.
