This certification program welcomes and accommodates students from around the world with accessible, online programming as well as in-person classes and workshops. The more details you provide in your answers - the more Dr. Eddy and her team will be able to assess your readiness for the program.

The tuition for CTBMD is $1950 (this includes 18 months of Pedagogy Classes, 18 BMD Classes, and the required $450 deposit).  There are numerous payment plan options for BMD Tuition. Tuition is discounted for those with prior studies or certifications in: Laban/Bartenieff, BodyMind Centering, Dynamic Embodiment or Moving For Life.  The 5 Pre-requisite Somatic Theory courses incur separate fees - they are not included in tuition since each member of the cohort has a different background and may not require pre-reqs.  In order to start with the cohort in September, you are required to have completed 2 pre-requisite theory courses or have talked to the director of the program and received approval prior to September 1, 2024.

We are now accepting applications for the 2024-2025 (complete by January 2026) cohort year.  Please apply by September 22, 2024 to claim your space.  We are offering an "Early Bird Discount" of $100 OFF if you apply by June 1, 2024. Accepted students are encouraged to attend: BMD Classes and public workshops during and throughout the summer. All classes and workshops will count towards your required certification hours. Applications are accepted until September 1, 2024.  (Please note that there is a late fee of $100 for applications received after September 1, 2024.)
