Use this form to submit your application for selection into the Learn Deep Fellows Program 2021/2022.

The fellows program is open to 6th, 7th, and 8th grade educators who will be teaching full time through 2024 in Milwaukee or Waukesha County public, private, or charter school. Elementary and high school teachers may apply as a collaborating colleague with a middle school teacher who has also applied.  Collaborating teachers should each submit their own application.

The program will accept a total of 12 Fellows into the 2021/22 cohort.

Your application will be evaluated by a committee representative of the community with an interest in education outcomes: educators, education leadership, domain experts from non-profits, business and higher Ed.
