South Maroubra Ocean Swim - Water Safety

The South Maroubra Ocean Swim will be held on Sunday April 28. This event is a large event and a major fundraiser for the Club.

We require a number of water safety on the day including members in IRBs, on rescue boards and inshore with rescue tubes. The timing on the day for water safety is from 7am - 11am.

Water safety will be allocated per event so please note the time you are available:

7am - 10am: 500m + 1.5km swim

9am - 12pm: 2.5km swim

Times include time for briefing and getting set on the course.

Volunteers will be provided snacks and refreshments, and lunch and a drink at the end. We will also celebrate the end of the lifesaving season on this day.
