All participants agree to comply with all Federal, State and Local Ordinances.
Minors under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a legal parent or guardian at all times when on Event site. This is a dry event. No alcoholic beverages are sold or permitted on site.
Under no circumstance are controlled substances allowed on the Event site. Anyone with controlled substances in their possession on the Event site is subject to immediate expulsion and or arrest, at any time and all privileges revoked without refund.
HEALTH & SAFETY
NO PETS. Vendors, exhibitors or performers using dogs or other animals as a major part of their display or performance must have prior approval and submit evidence of Public Liability Insurance. Service animals with proper documentation are exempt.
PARTICIPANT CRITERIA & AMBIANCE STANDARDS
The Event ends at 3:30 pm. Barring extraneous circumstances, you are expected to stay to the end.
All vendor spaces must be staffed at all times when the event is open to the public.
Subletting of vendor space is strictly prohibited.
All media taken of and by the Event becomes the property of St. Theodore RC Church and Paladin Knight Entertainment, LLC.
SET UP & TEAR DOWN
Participants may set up as early as 8:00 am the day of the Event. All vehicles unloading must be relocated to the parking lot by 11:00 am. Tear down must not occur sooner than 3:30pm and should be completed within reasonable time. ie: before sunset.
There is no security and all Event Staff are not liable for lost or stolen items. Secure your goods!
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR TRASH AND CLEAN UP OF YOUR OWN AREA. That means EVERYTHING.
Dumpsters and trash barrels are located on site. By patrolling your own area, we don't have to ask for a cleaning deposit.
