WI United FC intent, is to allow as many kids as possible the opportunity to play soccer.  Each year our club offers financial assistance to players on a need’s basis through payment plans, partial assistance and full assistance for player fees only.    

In order to fairly disburse the financial assistance funds, the information on this form must be completed.  All financial assistance recipients’ parent or legal guardian will be required to volunteer at WIUFC events.  Once we receive your application, the WIUFC board will review your application and notify you of their decision.

This application is separate from your player registration. You must also register your player.
