Bet Tzedek is a legal services organization that provides free legal help, education and information to Angelenos. We are putting on an educational presentation on May 1, 2024 from 2pm to 3:30pm for Tenants who were served with an eviction notice and failed to respond by filing a court answer.  As a tenant, when you fail to file a court answer, the landlord will automatically win their eviction case and have the right to have the Sheriff come to your home and remove you.  Don't let this happen to you.  Learn how to stop this before it gets to this point.

After the presentation, we will provide an opportunity for the audience to ask questions in the chat. However, we will not answer case specific questions.  We estimate this presentation to be 1 hour long.
