This course has been designed to fit into busy schedules while retaining a high standard of education. The idea is for the programme to be fun, engaging and supportive whilst you develop as a practising artist.

If you typically don’t feel comfortable applying to programmes you can also come and speak with us in person after our events where we’re happy to answer questions about the programme and application.

Talk and workshop events will often be held on the first floor of HQI which does not have lift access. If you have any particular accessibility requirements in regards to events please email slhf@h-q-i.com

All dates and events in Term 2 and 3 are TBC (to be confirmed) and may change in date or theme in upcoming weeks as we finalise our speakers.

The final cohort of up to 15 applicants will be selected by an internal panel before the start of Term 2 on the 14th January 2023, and a £1k grant to help complete a final project awarded to 10 applicants before the start of Term 3.
