Terms and Conditions
* Fees will be paid one month in advance by the 30th of the month prior
* Stall holders will provide their own gazebos, tables etc and will secure them safely
* All cars are to be off the premise by 1.30 and not to be brought back into the paddock until the end of the market. (This is for safety as well as consistency)
 * Current Liability insurance must be provided to the Davis Farm Inc.
* Your invitation to be apart of the Harvest Markets is at the discretion of the organisers and may be terminated if they see fit.
*All produce offered at your stall must meet the guidelines of being made, grown or gathered in the 99km Radius.if this is breached invitation to be a stall holder may be revoked.
*While on the Davis Farm property you are expected to be polite, kind and respectful to customers, other stall holders and organisers.
* The Davis Farm are not liable for any damage or theft to your property and is your own liability and responsibility.
