MSHS Technology Request
MSHS will distribute iPads and wireless internet devices for student use.  Distribution will be to allowed for those who have requested it through this form.  Please complete this request if you (or your student) would like to borrow a device to complete school work.  Devices are only available to MSHS students.  All student technology is being borrowed and must be returned upon request.  In addition students must agree to comply with the Student Acceptable Use Agreement of the Manor Independent School District.
