Pregnancy & Childbirth Class Sign Up
A 90-minute class covering the basics of pregnancy, labor, postpartum and newborn care.  We also cover interventions and how to cope during labor, the benefits of having a doula, and how to navigate the postpartum phase.  Class ends with a short birth video and a Q&A session. This class is great for first-time parents or as a refresher for parents who already have kids.  This class is being held virtually at 7 PM every Monday. Google Meets link will be emailed out Sunday evening.
